Ok guys!! It’s my opinion that the carrot cake ice cream came out AMAZING!! It has carrots, cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, toasted pecans and raisins! I’ll have this flavor Friday at Kountry Korral/Coal Brew!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful Labor Day! I have been busy getting ready for this weekend. On Friday I’ll be at Kountry Korral/Coal Brew and Saturday I’ll be at the Hobbs Farmer’s Market. Today I made Vanilla, S’more’s, Rocky Road, Pumpkin Pie and Cookie Monster ice creams! Not sure what I’ll make tomorrow but probably at least Banana Pudding and Cookies & Cream. This weekend may be my last weekend to be out this month! So make sure you come out to see me!
