Throwback Transformation Tuesday 🕦
There is a 6 month difference between these two pictures.
I was going to the gym consistently in both of these pictures the only difference is that in the right picture I wasn’t prioritizing my healthy eating. Right after summer I decided to make a change. I prioritized my healthy eating and 6 months later you can see a drastic change. Change takes time, patience, & commitment. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it! 👊🏼
