Compete in a Harescrambles, Hillclimb, & Motocross all in one weekend! Finish position from all 3 events are combined to determine overall winners.

Classes: A, B, C, +30, & Team. Full sized bikes only. Awards & prizes through 5th and through 3rd for the Team class.

Harescrambles (1 hour) 1:00 pm Saturday. Hillclimb (2 runs) Saturday at the conclusion on the District 16 & 23 Hillclimb event. Motocross (1 - 30 minute moto) 8:00 am Sunday.

Grant County Fair Race is coming up Friday in Lancaster WI. Pits open at 3pm, registration at 4, and practice at 5:30. $35 entry fee. Classes: 50, 65, 85, 250C, 250B, Open C, Open B, Open A, Vet +30, 14-29 age class, Quad (full size machines only) and Pit Bike. Awards to top 1/3 in the main events. Open A has 200% payback. This year’s pit bike race will be the first annual Live Like Cam Motocross Pitbike Challenge. In addition to awards, top 4 in this class will receive prizes, and the winner, a $100 Kwik Trip gift card! As like last year, E-Bikes will be allowed in this class for a chance to ride, but will not be eligible for awards or prizes. If there are 5 or more, we will run them as a separate class with awards. A change this year is that AMA and District 16 memberships which are required to enter the event, will not be sold at the event. You must purchase them on-line ahead of time and show your receipt at registration. Go to join.Americanmotorcyclist.com and AMAdistrict16.com to get the memberships.

Grant County Fair Race is coming up quickly on August 15th. Classes, times, and entry fee are the same as last year and posted on our website. You must have your AMA and District 16 membership purchased prior to registration. 200% payback for Open A class.

Trials and Tubulations Weekend in Manchester Iowa! Presented by F&M Bank

Saturday at the Whitewater Park: 11am MotoTrials, 3:00pm Bicycle Trials, 5:00pm Inner Tube Race. Pits for the Motorcycles are at 401 W. Main Street The Champ MotoTrials & Elite Bicycle Classes each have a $300 purse. The Bicycle Trials has a Mountain Bike Class. Tube the rapids while watching the motorcycles and bicycles compete just a couple feet from you. At 5:00, join the race down the rapids. No entry fee and great prizes to the top 3 fastest including dinner at Riverbend Pub and Grill. Sunday at 10am the motorcycle compete again at Schram Park.

For any Harescrambles racers that will be at the track this evening, you can finish registration and get your visors scanned this evening 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Olympics riders can also sign up during this time

A big thanks to Eugene at Triple Threat MX! Hixton got hit by 2.8” of rain Thursday and he put his own sh*t on hold to make repairs so we can run our events this weekend. Walking trail down to Hillclimb: 👍. Up & Down Roads repaired: 👍. MX track reworked :👍. Mess from recent logging on Harescrambles start area cleared, and field mowed: 👍. Grass growing again after pits were leveled: 👍. Electric campsites back up and running: 👍. See website for pit bike (non) use, Off-Road Olympics details, and Hillclimb running order. Harescrambles and Hillclimb are pre-registration only. See our website for link for Hillclimb registration and go to LiveLaps.com for Harescrambles registration. Olympics registration is on-site, by entry gate Friday evening and Saturday morning 7-8am. Harescrambles: 9:00 50cc race- follow red/white arrows, all other classes- follow Orange/Black arrows. Standard District 16 start times and running order.

More info on this weekends Hillclimbs and Harescrambles coming tomorrow. Regarding the Off-Road Olympics, every year we’ve done it, the team event has been won by a 3 person team consisting of Hillclimbers. When we first thought of the idea, I thought the teams comsisting of Off-Road guys would probably be winning this event every year. Especially since the tie breaker for teams with identical scores weights the Harescrambles portion the most, then the MX finishes. So here’s the challenge to all you Off-Road and MX guys: put together a 3 person team and race this event this weekend; 1 hour Harescrambles, 2 motos on Triple Threat MX Parks revamped Moto track, and 2 runs at the Hillclimb. If you’re team wins and beats my hillclimber friends, I’ll refund your Team entry fee AND the prize for whichever team is leading after Saturdays event has been increased to $75 to spend at of our bar/grill sponsors- Kal’s Korner or Rustic Haven. Prizes and awards for the top 3 teams. First place team members each receive an Alpinestar helmet!!
