Most people don’t realize how deeply sound can affect the body.
A gong bath isn’t just something you listen to… it’s something you feel.

It’s one of the few practices where you don’t have to “do” anything at all. No stretching. No effort. You simply lie down and receive.
There is even research that been done that shows sound meditation practices like gong baths can help reduce stress, lower anxiety levels, and promote deeper relaxation. It does this by slowing brainwave activity and moving the nervous system into a state of calm.
