Oldham Strong We provide In-Person & Online Personal Training customized to help people transform their bodies and to achieve whole body health: mind, body & soul.

Our In-Person and Online Personal Training is gauged to your personal schedule and physical activity interests. Our programs include goal setting and weekly assessments that help to coach, encourage and provide a high level of accountability fueling you to success! Our In-Person and Online Personal Training includes a custom cardio regimen, 3 customized workouts to perform each week and custom nutrition plan. If you don't have a gym membership and need workouts for at home, we customize your plan to meet your needs. As your trainers, we will be ready to provide you with regular feedback, as well as open communication via email, phone, text or webcam. We will follow your progress with measurements and/or progress pictures so you can see palpable results of your transformation! We also feature an interactive Blog at www.oldhamstrong.com/blog where we answer fitness questions by our followers and clients and provide a safe environment for fun fit tips and group learning!
