There will not be a 5:30 pm class tonight, tomorrow or Christmas day. We will have 9:30 am class tomorrow, Christmas Eve. We will be closed Christmas Day and return to regular schedule on Thursday, December 26 th Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas.🎄🎁

Universal Kickboxing Youth Program 5-K even with everything not going perfect up to the day. We had a great time at the 5K with some wonderful people. Congratulations to our winners. Thank you for everybody coming out. Remember we have another 5K with shirts & Good just going to get the signs from the 5K. boxing matches at the end November 9 two weeks from today we have about 12 shirts left to sale , if anybody would like to sign up and come walk or run with us that day.
