A little reminder that I run a meal prep service called "We Eat Over Here". New menus release every MONDAY at 10A.M., with reservation requests* cut off time being Tuesdays at 5P.M.

Before I go back into sicko mode with training, I have a couple announcements.

A few months ago, I dropped the rates for ALL training, 1 on 1, and online. I did so as a means to be even more affordable for those who truly needed it. However, and as I've done over the past 10 years-- those rates will see an increase, starting January 1st, 2021.
1-on-1 training will see a $50 increase per package, per month.*
Online coaching will see a $25 increase per month.**

*If you utilized any discounted rates offered throughout the year, but quit in December, but want to restart in January, your rate will reflect that increase. (December is the WORST time to quit on your trainer.🤷🏾‍♂️)
**If you took advantage of the lowered rates offered for online coaching, but bailed in December, just to restart in January, your rate will reflect that increase.

Now, I've got quite a few people locked in for January's session scheduling, to start on January 2nd. IF YOU ARE WANTING TO GET STARTED WITH ME, AND YOU'RE A FIRST TIMER, RESERVE YOUR SESSIONS NOW, AT THE LOWER RATE.

To people that are currently STILL with me, first of all, thank you. Your rates remain, as is, and will see no increase.

If you dropped out in December with intentions of returning next month, I will honor the lower rates, until 11:59P.M., est, December 31st, 2020.

ATTENTION:
G.A.P.T.&N will be closed, this week. Sessions will resume, Monday, December 28th.
I will also be closed December 31st & January 1st.

Remaining programs, and updates, will be sent this afternoon.

👉🏾 WE EAT OVER HERE will release next week's menu, as scheduled.

I know a lot of people looking to "get started" on the track to better health, so make sure y'all put ya orders in.

Before the year comes to a close, I do wanna thank the folks that stuck with me thru the crazy ass year. There were a ton of ups and downs, but I am blessed to be able to continue helping y'all, whether it was lift sessions, or vent sessions. I've been doing this since some of y'all were still in diapers, or playing 4 Square in P.E. That says a lot, and it means even more.

Anyway, this next year will prove to be interesting, for sure.
