Hello gym community! ♥️ We are excited to announce that our annual food drive has commenced and we are now accepting donations. While we locate a donation box for display, please bring your contributions to the front desk. The food drive will continue until January 1st and will be donated to Helping Hands of Paulding County.
Below is a list of suggested non perishable items that the food pantry might be in need of but anything helps! 🎄🎁🌟☃️♥️

Draw date is noon 10/26/24 after 5k run/walk event

We are having our 1st annual 5K Run/walk Saturday, October 26th at 8am. All proceeds going towards the AC unit for the gym. 🫵🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶

We’re doing our annual Christmas food drive!
Look for the big present box in the front of the gym when you walk in. It will be open for donations from now until new years!
We partner with Helping hands of Dallas and they provided a list of examples of things that are needed but any dry non perishable items are perfect as well. ❄️🎁🎄♥️☃️
