Attention all YOUTH Hinton baseball players. On Friday June 14th, the Hinton varsity baseball team will be hosting Harris Lake Park at 7:30pm. Varsity head coach Cale Kramer has deemed this night as youth baseball night! Any youth Hinton baseball player who wears their jersey will get in free, and gets to run out with the varsity players on the field. If your son is able to attend, make sure to arrive by 6:30pm. Always a fun experience to see the future of Hinton baseball and the current varsity players together on the same field. Spread the word! ⚾️

Four years ago, these boys (missing Casen in the picture) came together to create the first all Hinton youth travel baseball team. Now they all move on to high school next season. These boys finished up their 2023 season with a record of 4-3-1. Their skill development, their knowledge of the game of baseball, and their ability to compete against big city teams is what I treasure most about this team. Thank you to all the parents for your dedication and time commitment over the years! This group of boys has paved the way for two more all Hinton youth travel baseball teams. We cannot wait to watch their success in high school. Go Blackhawks ⚾️

Congratulations to Hinton majors Boeve for winning the league tournament championship 🏆 while finishing with an impressive overall record of 11-1-1.
Also, a shout out to Hinton Grey for finishing 4th and Hinton Gold for finishing 5th in the majors tournament. Nice work future Blackhawks!

Our 14u team opened up their season earning 2nd place in the Brandon Valley tournament!
They finished with a 3-1 record, falling in the championship to an elite Sioux Falls travel team. Our small town boys competed well for our first games of the season. Go Blackhawks! ⚾️

Morningside University Youth Baseball Skills Camp is coming up on Saturday Jan 14th at the Siouxland Expo Center. The camp will run from 9am to 12:30pm for grades 2nd-8th. The camp is $70 to attend and campers can expect coaching from our coaching staff and our current players.

There will be a ton of instruction in all aspects of the game, as well as, a ton of competitions. Register at mustangbaseballcamps.com

Shoutout to these future Hinton Blackhawks who played on the 10 year old Tri County All stars baseball team. Their team finished with a 5-1 pool play record to finish in second place. They advance to the district championship game Friday night at 6pm on Lemars. Go get them boys!

Shoutout to these future Hinton Blackhawks who played on the 12 year old Tri County All stars baseball team coached by Hinton coaches Ryan Dunkel and Matt Swift. Their team finished in a tie for 2nd place with a 4-2 pool play record. Unfortunately, they lost the tie breaker and do not get to advance to the district championship game.
