Held every Sunday morning at 8am in July and August, these open-air practices on beautiful Nantasket Beach offer an uplifting blend of all-levels YOGA , LIVE MUSIC, and SOUND THERAPY all set to the rhythm of the ocean. Space is limited to 20 students per class so we encourage signing up in advance! Get ready to PLUNGE too!

Summer tennis starts now!  Register for the Aprés Racquet & Paddle Summer Flex Tennis Leagues (June 1st - August 9th) on the new USTA Flex app. The Flex doubles leagues are open to any adult players and will match you with players/teams at your level. It’s super convenient, as you choose whenever you want to play (tennis on your terms)!

Joining is easy! Find a Partner→ Open the USTA Flex app (iOS or Android) and both create your player profile→ Go to Browse → Enter ”Aprés” → Select your league → Hit Join!
