With 950 hours of advanced teacher training and nine years of experience, I’ve loved immersing myself in everything Pilates—from its history and the people who were there at the start, to the ones who are teaching the method today. Using the equipment and exercises created by Joseph Pilates, we’ll focus on building control and stability to improve posture, flexibility and strength. The movements y
