This morning we slowed down, sipped on matcha, and opened up our hearts. πŸ’š

Since matcha is such a beautiful shade of green, we brought a little Heart Chakra energy into class with gentle heart-opening poses, mindful breathing, and time to simply slow down and connect with ourselves.
