Eric has been managing and teaching Jiu-jitsu at Team Curran MMA in Crystal Lake for the past 5 1/2 years. He's trained with some of the best Jiu-jitsu and MMA instructors and competitors in the world, most notably Pedro Sauer and Jeff "Big Frog" Curran.

Some really nice pics taken by from our youth jiu-jitsu class on Friday. Our focus in our youth classes this week was defending the wrist grab with a rolling arm drag to a body lock take down. Once on the ground we talked about maintaining a heavy top side control position then submitting with a paper cutter choke or a modified baseball bat choke 💪💪 Great work everyone!! Proud of your effort! 🙌
