Huge week for the mini monster 💪

Lori was able to hit 3 big personal records, becoming the 4th woman to make it onto the Fitness Warehouse wall of fame for the 500lb club, totaling 515lbs.

Coming in at a staggering 4’10” and 120lbs, it is quite an impressive feat.

Thanks for always working your butt off and proving what is possible.

We hope to see some more ladies make it on the wall and give these smelly dudes a run for their money!

Great work by coach Chris, all of the training partners and Fitness Warehouse regulars Collin and Savion for competing in their first Jiu-jitsu competition . They’ve been putting that work in it and shows.

Seth placed first at the University of Buffalo's Strength and Power bodybuilding competition this past month.

Between killing his lifts rocking some jeans, swimming with the sharks in jiu-jitsu and graduating UB with a bachelors in engineering, he's no stranger to hard work.

Keep it up brotha! We know you're going to crush your future endeavors.
