What a great group of ladies who absolutely aced their basics! 🏌️‍♀️

Our first Women's Golf Month "Ace Your Basics: Golf & Happy Hour" clinic was a hit. Gorgeous day, great swings, and good drinks with people who love this game as much as we do. Huge thanks to our resident pros Jim Uremovich and Mike Brown for making it such a fun afternoon.

Because who doesn't love swinging a club and sipping something cold in good company afterwards?

Meet Mike Brown, our Assistant Golf Pro here at Old South Golf Links!

A New York native and a golfer by nature, Mike has been swinging clubs since the age of 4, racking up 6 years of varsity golf and a year of college play along the way. When he's not on the course, you'll find him cruising the cart path to the range or pool with his two daughters (his biggest fans). Mike offers lessons that break down the game in a way that's clear, impactful, and fun — with players of all levels feeling the difference in just one hour.

If you haven't had the chance to meet Mike yet, stop by and say hello or catch him celebrating Women's Golf Month as one of our outstanding teachers at our upcoming clinics! Mike brings a passion for the game and a genuine love for this community that shows in everything he does. We couldn't be luckier to have him as part of the Old South family. 💚⛳
