Last call to sign up for the Healthy-HER Hardcore Challenge!
Why should you sign up?
Often when we do challenges or diets, we focus on removing certain things or restricting our food choices, and this does not necessarily reflect “real life.” This can cause us to go right back to what we were doing before the challenge after it’s over. The intention of this Challenge is different and is to focus on including pieces that speak towards our goals, and reflect real life, in an effort to create lifelong positive habits! To this point, this is not solely a weight loss challenge, but a lifestyle progress and habit-building challenge, which may result in desired body composition changes!
