Last call to sign up for the Healthy-HER Hardcore Challenge!

Why should you sign up?
Often when we do challenges or diets, we focus on removing certain things or restricting our food choices, and this does not necessarily reflect “real life.” This can cause us to go right back to what we were doing before the challenge after it’s over. The intention of this Challenge is different and is to focus on including pieces that speak towards our goals, and reflect real life, in an effort to create lifelong positive habits! To this point, this is not solely a weight loss challenge, but a lifestyle progress and habit-building challenge, which may result in desired body composition changes!

Are you looking to establish positive nutritional and fitness practices, with guidance and accountability from coaches and peers?

Good News! The Healthy-HER Hardcore Challenge starts September 19 and the intention is to support you in doing just that!

For 28 days, you’ll use your provided score sheet to collect as many points as you can!
Each day, you’ll work to achieve certain goals around:
-Water
-Protein
-Fruits and Veggies
-Treats
-Alcohol
-Movement/Workouts
-Breathwork/Meditation

Why these pieces?
The point of this Challenge is to hammer down these habits, which speak to improved body composition and weight, performance gains, and building the nutritional foundations to support your personal goals and health.

What exact metrics will you be aiming for with each of those pieces?
Coach Sara from the Nutrition For Life Project, along with your coaches at ALHH, will support you in identifying your exact goals, and help you strategize on exactly how to meet your daily goals!

What support will you receive throughout the 28 days?
-You’ll be invited to a private group to use for peer support, camaraderie, and to ask questions
-You will receive accountability check ins, information emails, tips, and coaching calls throughout the challenge to help keep you on track with your goals

Getting outside to explore, paddle board, hunting, fishing...
🎣🦌🚣🏓🎾🏈⚾️🐕🐖🦃

I know because as a business owner it’s been tough to step away from my business during busy or slow times. 💰💰💰

You don't need to be in pain every time you get out of bed!

❌ Feet hurt when getting out of bed?
❌ Shoulder pain when reaching for the coffee?
❌ Hip pain while walking?
❌ Consistent back pain from hours in a chair?

I know as well as you do that it SUCKS!

A few years back my shoulder pain was to the point it was unbearable. This took years for me to finally do something about it because “I managed to get by” with changing what I did and limiting my life.

I went to PTs, massage therapists, acupuncture and just about every other practice I could find. Finally I went to the to see what needed to be done and of course surgery was recommended...That's what they do.

Here is the thing though, we were planning on doing the other arm when I healed up because it was just as bad as the one I had operated on and I never needed to have it done.

Want to know why? When I was recovering I needed to slow down, move well and do the proper exercises to meet me where I was, not someone else's plan.

My recovery was 100% 🔥 (from both arms) while only operating on 1!

Look, there are times to go to the doctor and there are times to listen to your body and find a plan built for you to meet you where you are at. Maybe that time is now for you?
