Keep your defense honest 👌🏐

This weeks highlighted drill shows the importance of staying discipline on defense. When you’re facing an opponent with a tough to read arm swing you need to be able to keep the ball in play no matter the shot.

This trail focuses on proper footwork for digging down balls and being able to make it to deep corner jumbos.
