While the golf course is the main attraction, it is the lasting friendships that make Dolphin Head Golf Club so special. This process allows us to strengthen the grass and achieve high-quality playing conditions. Aerification provides healthy soil, creates sand channels for new roots, and increases water infiltration rates to provide firmer surfaces. Additionally, this is how we create a smoother putting surface for increased playability.

Aerification is a short-term closure that allows long-term health and viability of Dolphin Head Golf Club!

The course will be closed for aerification next week. It is the best thing we can do to ensure you have high-quality playing conditions throughout the year. Through the aerification process, we improve the soil, which helps create smoother putting surfaces and overall firmer surfaces on the course.
