Twenty five years ago, our nation was forever changed.

In the years since that tragic day, the Wexford community has continued to come together to honor and remember the brave men and women, first responders, service members, and service animals whose lives were lost or forever changed by the events of September 11.

Today, we remember those who were lost. We honor the courage of the survivors and first responders. We recognize the families who continue to carry their memories. And we reflect on the extraordinary spirit of service, sacrifice, and unity that emerged in the days that followed.

Twenty five years later, we remember. We honor. We will never forget.

The perfect way to serve up Labor Day weekend!

On Friday, Wexford welcomed our friends from Sea Pines Country Club for a Tennis and Pickleball Social to kick off the holiday weekend.

With perfect weather and a great group on the courts, everyone had a wonderful time enjoying one of the best parts of club life: coming together through sport and community.

As the temperatures begin to ease and the Lowcountry settles into fall, some of the best days of the year are waiting on the water.

It is also a great time to fish. Around Hilton Head, fall brings opportunities to target redfish, speckled sea trout, flounder, sheepshead, and black drum, whether you are casting along the marsh, exploring nearby creeks, or heading out for a day beyond Broad Creek.

At Wexford, our members have the freedom to step aboard, pass through the lock, and experience the Lowcountry from an entirely different perspective. Morning fishing trips, afternoon cruises, sunset rides, and days spent exploring are all part of life here.

Life is sweet at Wexford.

Our culinary team has been busy putting the finishing touches on something especially delicious as members continue to taste and experience the offerings of our new Clubhouse.

Beautifully crafted, indulgent, and almost too pretty to eat, these desserts are giving us plenty to look forward to as our new dining experience comes to life.

Wexford’s flag flies at half-staff in memory of Dolly Parton, a beloved Southern icon whose extraordinary talent was matched only by the size of her heart.

From her modest roots to a lifetime of generosity, kindness, and bringing joy to others, Dolly represented so much of what we cherish about the South: warmth, grace, humor, resilience, and a genuine care for community.
