Huge shoutout to our powerhouse coaches, Coach Jillian and Coach Claudia! 🔥

Today these two took on the F45 Charleston HYROX Simulation and absolutely showed up. Competing with no training outside of their regular F45 classes, they powered through the entire race and finished with an incredible time of 1:14:00.

That’s grit, teamwork, and the F45 way in action. 💪

Jillian and Claudia…you represented F45 Hilton Head with heart, strength, and serious determination. We are beyond proud of you both.
