At Roma Jiu Jitsu Academy we provide modern jiu jitsu instruction in a positive and welcoming environment. We are a family oriented business focused on relationship building, goal setting and the health of the entire student/athlete. We strive to be positive examples and role models, and set a high standard for every student. We are solely focused on the teaching of jiu jitsu according to the ATOS Jiu Jitsu curriculum. We are not an MMA gym. Our academy offers a professional, safe, clean and fun environment for students to learn, train and become more well rounded individuals. Kawika Yoneda is the owner and lead instructor at Roma Jiu Jitsu Academy. He is a brown belt under Professors Guilherme and Rafael Mendes of Art of Jiu Jitsu Academy in Newport Beach, CA.
