Good Job Kila! A big CONGRATULATIONS to another one of our gym family members who competed in this past weekends USA Powerlifting Lokahi Open 2022 in O’ahu. Kukila Wong placed 1st for junior men in the 825 Kg weight class. Your Spencer family are so proud of your accomplishment! We’re excited to see what the future holds for you!

We at Spencer’s are broken-hearted to hear about the loss of one of our members, instructors and friends. Ash Tsuji was a steady force of energy, dedication, and encouragement both in and out of the gym. He shared his passion for dance and Zumba with not just our members but our entire community and he will be deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. Rest In Love Ash.

And they’ve done it again…..a big CONGRATULATIONS to our Spencer family members, Shannon Asejo and Abcde Flores. We are beyond proud to brag that Shannon took first for the Beach Body Masters and Abcde took first for Beach Body at this years’ Kauai’s Finest 2022 which was held on August 13, 2022. Thank you to the both of you for representing us well and for bringing us on your fitness journey. We are so excited to see what comes next.

Beginning tomorrow, Saturday March 26th, masks will no longer be required in the gym.
We ask everyone to please continue to be mindful of social distancing and to please stay home if you feel sick. We will continue to take temperatures and have sanitizer around the gym.
Exactly 2 years ago, we were ordered to close for over 3 months due to the COVID pandemic. We would like to take this time to thank our members for their patience, loyalty, and support to help get everyone get to this point. Please continue to be cautious until we can return to a COVID free life. MAHALO!!

Duties will include greeting and checking in members, cleaning and organizing of equipment and facilities, and maintaining the rules and regulations of the gym for the safety of those inside.

Candidates must be punctual and reliable.
Knowledge of equipment a plus but not required.
