Dedicated to helping clients build confidence, improve health, and achieve sustainable results through customized training programs, accountability, and education. Experienced in strength training, fat loss, muscle development, conditioning, and physique transformation, with a strong emphasis on proper form, consistency, and goal-driven coaching. Known for bringing discipline, professionalism, and real-world experience to every session while creating a supportive and motivating environment for clients of all fitness levels. Been a while, I apologize for being silent. I’ve got big plans for 26, not just myself, but my family, my business and all my peeps. Big chunk of all that is training, developing positive lifestyle habits and, most importantly, being consistent at them all.

So let’s get to it my friends! These vids I want to highlight equipment. PRIME has multiple boxes for thousands of uses (pistol squat), the landmine which also is very dynamic (windmill), monolift (simply bad to the bone cool), and bands of multiple lengths and resistance (banded later walks).

I don’t mention weights today because this isn’t about me, it’s about YOU! The goal is to be better than yesterday, we’re all on our own path in fitness. I’d love to help you on yours!
