Our first annual Memorial Day “Murph” is in the books. 🇺🇸

What is “Murph”? Murph is a CrossFit Hero workout observed every year by thousands of gyms across the country to honor the legacy of U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy who died heroically in the line of duty. It’s our small way of remembering those who have served, currently serve, and those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our great country.

For time:
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
*wear a weighted vest to add spice
