Hillsborough Youth Wrestling Fall practice is here!!!

Wrestling Registration for the 2026-2027 -
Grades K-6 compete in the Central Jersey League. Two Divisions are available: Varsity for more experienced wrestlers, and Junior Varsity for those newer to the sport. Beginners can participate in scrimmages with local teams or attend practices only. This league has something for everyone!

Not sure if word has gotten out, but it is very sad to see that we lost one of our refs last week , Len Adoff. He was one of a kind and he will truly be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Wrestling community and his family during this difficult time.

Did you know Hillsborough Wrestling doesn’t stop when the season ends?

Champions are made in the off-season! 💪 Consistent training and practice are essential for building strength, improving technique, and staying competition-ready.

The Raider Wrestling Club Summer Practice is open to all wrestlers entering 5th-12th grade, regardless of where you live.

🏆 Summer Practice Schedule:
• Tuesdays: 5:30-7:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 10:30 AM-12:00 PM
• Fridays: 2:30-4:00 PM

🏃 Turf Workouts: Saturdays & Sundays, 7:30-9:00 AM (check the calendar for updates).

📍 Location: Hillsborough High School Wrestling Room & Turf Field

✅ Hillsborough residents: FREE all summer!
✅ Non-Hillsborough residents: $200 for the summer or $20 per drop-in.

Whether you’re preparing for next season or looking to sharpen your skills, this is the perfect opportunity to put in the work.
