Winter 2022 Tai Chi schedule: January 7-Feb. 28, 2022~Monday & Friday mornings 10-11 a.m. Beginning Adults Welcome!!
Covers basic Chen Tai Chi movements, Silk Reeling Practice, Chen 18-movement short form. Basic class improves balance, leg strength, healthy breathing. ~Taught with an eye to understanding why the movements improve health by best use of the physical structure.~Effective martially. ~ Instructor has 20 years of Aikido &Tai Chi training.
Monday Intermediate TC 1/10-2/28/22
~~Forms practice: intermediate class meets 5:45-6:45 p.m. by permission of the instructors. Chen long form & weapons.
