Don’t listen to the noise.
Master the basics always.
Crush them as hard as you can and then once you’ve hit your potential should you think about more advanced strategies in nutrition.

If you’re someone who is eating good healthy meals and not losing weight, then look to the snacks! They are most likely throwing you out of your calorie deficit and ruining your diet.

The amount of extra calories consumed from mindless snacking is enormous. So be more mindful. Wait till the next meal to eat.

Honestly I couldn’t ask for better people to be surrounded with every day.

It’s truly amazing to be around people who are so uplifting and positive, even when they’re cursing me out! Haha

But truly thank you to those today who were amazing and for our member who pushed through an anxiety attacked and needed up crushing their session.

Nothing motivates me more than this!

You can choose comfort or results but you cant have both.

And that might not be what you want to hear. Theres tons of coaches out there telling you to do the minimum sets or eat what you want but in moderation.

But there is no escaping hard work, regardless of the goal.

So choose to be uncomfortable. Choose to put your health first. You’ve been taking about it. You’ve been “wanting” it.

Brick by brick. Stack small wins and crush big goals.

Whether it’s a short term weight loss goal or a lifestyle goal, if you set out to do something and accomplished it then you have every right to be happy about that.

Just bc you aren’t at the long term goal yet, doesn’t mean you can’t be proud of yourself.

This is a long game and if you aren’t having a good time you’ll quit. Guarenteed.
