This Saturday, Oct 7th from 6-7:15 pm Megan and Morgan bring you a relaxing evening with restorative yoga postures, aromatherapy & reiki. Morgan will give students the option of participating in oils and will demo different oil applications for students to mirror. And Megan will be facilitating reiki (an energy healing modality that works on the subtle body).
