During this crazy time chaos, I think itโs every important to keep to a schedule even with the time off and confined to our homes.
I am going to share with you what I am going to start doing in the morning to have a more productive day.
Wake up 6am
Have coffee, breakfast and read. Either a personal development audio book I am loving or a pleasure read.
By 8am I have had my energize and Iโm ready to workout ๐ช cardio or something with weights.
10a post workout and a piece of fruit, shower and get ready, which usually consists of me putting leggings on ๐
12pm is my time to work on school or actual work. We canโt forget about lunch!
By 3pm Iโm usually done with all my work for the day and I make my daily superfoods shake.
Then the rest of the day Iโm free todo what I want!
