R & R Health and Fitness Center

R & R Health and Fitness Center Fitness for all ages in our community. R&R Health and Fitness Center is located right downtown in Hillsboro Texas, one block from the Courthouse.

It's in a 10,000 sq.ft. building which is historically over 100 years old. The Fitness Center offers many programs for health awareness to individualized fitness programs. The facility has something for everyone of all ages.

Happy Wednesday R&R Nation.
Due to circumstances beyond our control we will not be staffed on FRIDAY 7/10 or Saturday 7/11.

Our Staff hours for the week of 7/13-7/17 will be 10a-4p, closed on Saturday 7/18.

We apologize to our tanners, but gym members will still enjoy 24 hour access to the rest of the gym as usual. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I love this one especially when it comes to a gym setting. If you see someone busting their butt everyday, let them know you notice them, you see their hard work, tell them you’re proud of them. We are all in here for the many reasons, whether that’s competing, for yourself, for a better lifestyle or just to socialize. Let someone know, kindness goes a long way.
