Yesterday we did our first ever challenge workout and everyone did amazing! Ever since we started this journey it has been amazing to witness so many of our people improve!

On another note, it was Marcus’s last Saturday workout. It is sad to see him go but we know he will do great moving to a new state and changing lives over there!
