In the last 24 hours we have raised around $1000 for the purse, with money go towards many different things.

This race may never be the highest paying Mod 4 race to win again. But we hope that money spread throughout the field and the family aspect of this race keeps making this the most special Mod 4 race to be apart of.

Alright so I haven’t been promoting this as much because I figured we have time but now we are down to a month and a half till the Dean Funt Memorial Race. As a college kid I thrive the night before deadlines, but if I hold out any longer the assistant promoters might disown me.

So far we have a two donations
$150 to the highest finishing rookie -from XL1
And
$100 to 9th place in Memory of Tom -from Deb Lentner

Mark your calendars for July 25th after 3 years it’s back. The Dean Funt Memorial Race is back (and hopefully better than ever). In its history it holds the record for most Mod 4s at a single event (48), and was previously the highest paying Mod 4 race ever. The fun thing about this race is if you want to donate money or products you pick where it goes. Want to pay 11th $50 because 11 is your favorite number? Is your business logo blue so you want to give product to the highest finishing blue car? You can do both of those and what ever you can imagine.

We like to thank everyone for coming to North Central Speedway last night for the Dean Funt Memorial race. We had 34 cars for the show. 1 car towed in from Canada. 4 heats, 1 B main and an action packed feature!!
Dustin Holtquist picked up the win followed by Timmy Johnson, Tommy Bawden, Tommy Pogones, Gerry Nohner. (Top 5)

B-Main Winner was: Blake Erickson 

The support and donation from everyone was awesome.
