A Message From Owner Steve Niehoff
Opening a club we can all be proud of is our priority, and we appreciate your continued patience as we work toward that goal. We cannot wait to welcome you, but we also want to be transparent about where things stand.
We recently received an update that Equity Construction has not yet met the milestones required for building completion that were promised to support a late-August opening.
Although the building may appear finished from the outside, several essential building systems still need to be completed before we can continue our interior build-out and move toward opening.
We know many of you are eager to get on the courts, and we are too. As soon as we have a reliable opening timeline, youâll be among the first to know. In the meantime, weâll continue sharing updates as progress is made.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Every delay makes us even more eager to get the club completed, open the doors, and welcome you to your premier pickleball club.
