Have you watched' Sounds of Freedom yet? If the answer is No, then go see it and take others. If the answer is, Yes then you probably walked out of the theater in shock, disgust, anger, sadness or with a heavy heart.
You may be saying, something needs to be done, or what can I do? Several years ago while teaching children about self defense, bullying and how to protect themselves I came across Operation Underground Railroad. This organization was started by Tim Ballard after his first rescue of the children you see in the movie. I was able to speak directly to the initial team and they sent me information and several hundred wrist bands to give out to parents and children. I became a sponsor of O.U.R and took part in some of their classes which was incredibly informative and deeply disturbing. This organization is legit in fighting the s*x slave industry.
I know there are a hundred 'movements' or 'products' vying for your money today on a regular basis. I know that we tend to see these things and then quickly forget, but I would encourage you to donate, support or buy merchandise from O.U.R. You will receive regular updates and stories of the now THOUSANDS of CHILDREN rescued from the situations you see in the movie. This fight is going to go on LONG after the movie runs its course but the children, God's children will still be 'snatched' from their parents, sold into the s*x trade and will not be rescued without your help.
Please consider donating regularly to O.U.R. Let these children know that no matter where they are, or how tightly evil has a hold on them that they are not forgotten, there is HOPE of rescue!
Let's shout loudly to those vile, wicked and sick people that prey upon the innocent children, someone IS coming for them and they will face a reckoning for their actions!
