That was my kind of Saturday! Morning lifting with the garage open and sunshine. The session powered by the classics. Then ending the evening at the shoe with Dierks Bentley and Luke Combs.

Salt Lake City you've been wonderful! This has been the best venue I've competed at so far. Beautiful scenery, downtown was fun to scooter in, and the competition went great.

✅My first time ever going 6/6 in comptetition
✅ Set 3 Ohio WSO records for Mens 94kg 35-39yrs ✅Finished second overall

90% today.

First time touching this kind of weight in weeks between work being busy and recovering from being sick. No excuses just context.

I wasn’t sure how it would feel walking in, but the bar moved well and the focus was there. That’s all I needed.

Grateful for a solid session and the chance to build back momentum. AO1 is getting closer, and it feels good to be moving heavy again.

Stacking days. Staying patient. Looking forward to the platform.

It was way too cold to lift in the garage, so came through and gave me a place to get quality work in. Worked up to ~90% on both the sn**ch and the clean & jerk, then closed it out with 4×3 back squats.

Nothing flashy today, just solid reps, good focus, and respecting where I’m at in the process. These are the kinds of sessions that stack up over time.

Appreciate the space, the community, and the chance to keep building.

Sn**ch 105kg 5x1
Clean & jerk 125kg 5x1
Pause Back squat 145kg 5x2

Felt a bit tired, so today was about consistency and moving well. Not chasing PRs.

This is how long-term progress is built. Show up, adjust, repeat.

Some sessions just click.

90s R&B on.
Body felt smooth.
Timing was there.

Worked up to 103kg on a sn**ch pull + power sn**ch from the blocks.

No forcing it.
No chasing numbers.
Just staying connected and moving well.

These are the sessions that quietly build confidence over time.

Stack enough of these… and the big days take care of themselves.
