UV Light- UVA
This UVA light does very special things just like sunrise. The hormones that were turned on during sunrise, some of those get turned off or turned down.
This is when we make serotonin, which eventually gets turned into melatonin.
This is the pre-light that helps to sulfate cholesterol. Sulfated cholesterol goes on to help create sulfated vitamin D, FYI The pill or liquid form that most uninformed doctors, personal trainers, nutritionists subscribe to you for vitamin D is not sulfated. It is bad for your health.
UV light does not pe*****te very deeply so when UV light is present it helps to create nitric oxide which helps to push the red blood cells up to the surface of the skin so that they are able to absorb that you the light. Your blood acts as a ‘ferry boat’ for UV light and drops it off at certain ‘ports’ throughout the body
Now most modern humans, never actually get these frequencies of light due to modern living. AKA indoor living, indoor working, beliefs about the sun, etc etc…
Red & IR/NIR light (available all day long) help to offset the damage of UV light, and most of the studies done on UV light were done with narrow band lamps. Red and IR/NIR also are the antidote for fake blue/green light.
