This inaugural season of Lil Tornadoes has been success! Our players learned some fantastic footwork to become creative ball handlers. They also had the opportunity to play in a variety of small sided games that reinforce skills learned during the sessions.
Cant wait to see our Lil Tornadoes come out for Winter Recc!! Keep an eye open of Winter registration, it will be coming soon. If you missed the fall, then you definitely want to get in on the action in the Winter!!! GO TORNADOES!!!

Today is the last day to sign up for our Lil Tornadoes Pathway Program! The U5-U7

Lil' Tornados Program is designed as an introduction to soccer for our youngest players. All participants will be eligible to try out for the U7 team, starting in the winter of 2024-25 for players born in 2018. This program provides a fun learning experience that builds confidence and self-assurance on the field. Commitment is 1-2 times per week, with programs offered in the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. During the sessions, players will receive instruction in a low-pressure and enjoyable environment. The first session for the week the focus is on training and fundamentals, while the second session is scrimmage-based, featuring 2v2 and 3v3 games (for the Fall and Spring seasons). Spring Recreation is Here!!!!

NYC Ramapo Valley SC is delighted to introduce their Spring Recreation Program starting Saturday, April 20th 2024.

The 5 week program will focus on a Practice - Play model with each week centered around an important area of the game (Passing, Dribbling, Control, Finishing, Possession).

Session will be structured with a breakdown and build up philosophy, allowing for maximum coaching.

Ramapo Valley SC is excited to partner with NJ Crush FC, and bring our new, New York Crush Ramapo Valley SC club to the community of Rockland County and the surrounding areas.

ITS OFFICIAL- GU11s TAKE FIRST PLACE IN THE FALL

The girls continue to exceed expectations, going up a flight AND winning it all in the same season! As sole champions (9-1-1 record), they scored 35 Goals and had the best goal differential in the league. They played, and won, 3 games in 3 nights to close out the season in dramatic fashion with a 3-0 victory. A talented group, with great tenacity and unmatched cohesiveness on and off the field. The chemistry between the team and Coach Perri is outstanding and the results are proof. Great job Girls!

BU9D GO UNDEFEATED IN FALL SEASON
A big SHOUTOUT to our BU9DB team on an awesome season! The boys had an amazing transitional season, going from two seperate teams to combining into one. Under Head Coach Christina Maretzo (and help from Coach Minano and Coach Mendez) the team went on to achieve a 9-0-1 season, taking their flight in commanding fashion!! Great job boys!! RVSC is so proud of you.

GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL TRYOUTS DATES ANNOUNCED!!
Ramapo Valley SC will hold Girls High School Tryouts (Birth years 2010-2006) to form teams for the Winter and Spring Seasons
Dates and times
10/24, 1026, 11/2, 11/7 (Tues. and Thurs)

730-9pm - all sessions on the Turf at Torne Valley Field.

Please go to RVSC website (Ramapovalleysc.com/tryouts) and fill out a tryout registration to be considered. All players are expected to attend 2 sessions but may attend all 4.

Dear RVSC parents,

First and foremost we would like to apologize for the recent and last minute cancellations due to field conflict. We have been working diligently to correct this issue and we have come with a resolution that hopefully works for all of us.

Practices for the month of October have been moved to Thursdays and will be held on the outdoor turf field at Torne Valley. Practice times and dates are as follows:

10/12, 10/19, 10/26 - K-1st - 6-7pm
10/12, 10/19, 10/26 - 2nd-6th - 7-8pm

In the month of November we will return to the bubble for the final 2 weeks. There have also been 2 makeup dates scheduled for the missed practice and game which will be on 11/8 (Wednesday) and 11/12 (Sunday).

Please be advised that practice tonight, 10/4/2023, has been canceled. There was a conflict with the Torne Valley Bubble and it is not available. We are working on a resolution and will notify parents as soon as the issue is corrected.
