Sometimes, we need to alter our mindset and straighten our priorities!

Here’s the harsh truth about self discipline and self esteem- they go hand-in-hand

If you feel down on yourself, it’s easier to give in to the bad temptations, habits, and emotions
When you’re not disciplined, you don’t feel good about yourself.

But

You can flip the script. Start small- it’ll snowball itself with just a little effort.

Now, you just have to decide- how bad do you want the change?
