Hey team! I’m on leave tomorrow so no class but here is the workout:
5 rounds for time:
15 Toes to Bar
30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
750/600 meter row or ski

Time cap 30 mins

KILOS: 22.5's/15's

Time Cap: 30 Minutes

Each tape spot on the floor is 5 fr apart. For a total of 50 ft!
