Crossfit Level 2 trainer Deb Gordon provides the one-on-one individualized coaching designed to help you get stronger and better. Functional fitness is a form of exercise designed to provide you with the stamina and strength for the movements you need to do in real life -- squatting, sitting, lifting, bending. It features a mix of body weight movements, plyometrics, barbell and dumbell strength building, and cardio.
