If you’ve been wanting to be involved with our league to help make it an amazing place for our kids, please come to this meeting! It is open to the public if you live within our boundaries.

We will do a year in review, financial reports, public discussion and Q&A, then nominate and vote for board positions.

You know, a lot of people don’t talk well about Highlands. They say they don’t want to live here. They say it’s ugly and bad mouth its appearance and lots think that there are way better places to live. And who knows, that may be the case.

Sure Highlands could be more appealing. It could be cleaner. It could definitely use a more present law enforcement. It also needs more gas stations (kidding).

But what Highlands has that no other area around us does is a community that is so committed to our kids and our youth and making sure they are taken care of as a priority. When someone is in need and needs help, Highlands shows up. Our community is so tight knit and close that everyone wants everyone to succeed and will work together to make that happen.

I’m sure you’re all aware of our situation these past few months. No power at the park since May. Fall ball starting in a few weeks. Spring ball right around the corner.

We have a TON of people to thank. We can’t say thank you enough. And we will always be indebted to the organizations and people that pour into our league.

Without naming every single person, or every organization, or every business that has helped us get back on our feet, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.

Looking for 2 tball coaches to round off our fall ball volunteers! If anyone is interested please reach out. We have lots of help and resources, just need two coaches to step up to the plate and help with the kiddos this fall before schedules can be made!

If your player is planning to play Fall Ball and hasn’t made it to tryouts yet, tomorrow is your last chance!

We’ll be at the park from 9–11 AM ready to get everyone through tryouts!

Fall Ball is open to boys and girls ages 4–16, and all skill levels are welcome.

We will be continuing skills assessments at the park tonight from 5:30-7:30. Fall ball registration ends with the final skills assessment this Saturday morning! Reach out with any questions, we are here to help! Can’t wait to see you at the park!
