Rooted in the Gestalt Movement, the original Rebirthing Breathwork is our signature retreat offered in this special evening session for spring. Enlightenment Soleil is a micro retreat for self-healing.

I am honored to have my dear friend and master teacher, Ananda Bologna, leading our practice. She has over 26 years of experience in the healing arts, including deep study in India and years spent as a therapist and Rebirthing Breathwork coach under Leonard Orr. Also joining, we have the renowned Dr. Nicholas Demetry, a holistic psychiatrist, author, and teacher who bridges the worlds of traditional medicine and spiritual healing. Prepare for a special evening of sacred personal work in a relaxed community setting.

What’s on our mind?

Meditation- literally!

This Thursday Aug 14 8:30am and the next two (Aug 21 & 28) we will have Kelly Turnbill at the studio to teach us the wise way of learning to meditate. With seasonal changes and transitions, learning effective meditation of Letting Go can be a game-changer.

Classes are $15 / 45 mins or $25 if you plan to stay for 10am Slow Flow Yoga- which would be blissful combo for a Thursday morning.

Arrive at 8:15am to get your comfortable spot arranged, we have everything you need.

We teach inner freedom. Learning to take a pause is an essential skill for mental and emotional health. Join us this Friday, 4th of July holiday at 9am to move, breathe, pause and connect.
