🔥 BASE PHASE — SERIES 2 🔥
Series 2 kicks off with our Base Phase, where the focus is building strong foundations for long-term progress.
During this phase, we’re developing:
• Pulling mechanics + grip strength
• Confident squat positioning
• Safe, explosive movement patterns
Our priority is simple:
➡️ Control before load
➡️ Position before intensity
➡️ Landing mechanics before jump height
You’ll see:
• Controlled rows + assisted pull-ups
• Low to moderate box jumps with an emphasis on soft, controlled landings
• Squats at 50–70% load with a tempo focus
This phase is all about moving well first—so we can move better, stronger, and faster later 💪
