Hey guys, we're looking to bring on some more online clients, and group training clients!

Online training is a 12 week training program tailored to your goals and skill level. The guys running my programming have been getting some SERIOUS results recently. 12 weeks of programming runs $100, or $33/mo which is a less than 5% what my in person clients pay for coaching.

Group training is the most affordable way to work with me in person .I'm looking to bring on 15 new group training clients. For $25/session, you can't beat the quality coaching, and results that you'll get working with me. I cap the groups at 5 people per. This ensures that you get high quality individual coaching, and have a good friendly, yet competitive atmosphere.

Big shout out to Gavin Schoop, who is in prep for his very first bodybuilding show. His progress has been massive!

The quote above brings to light one of the unspoken aspects of achieving the body you want. People always want the quickest, easiest short cut to the body they want. They set goals based on the professional athletes and models they see on Instagram or Facebook, and want the results that those athletes have achieved over 5-20 years of killing themselves in the gym. Becoming the best version of yourself is a long process, and can't be cheated or rushed. The best way to ensure success is to learn as much as you can and finding a good teacher or coach. "Fall in love with the process and the results will follow."

Too many people are waiting to start chasing their dreams and goals. They say they'll start tomorrow, or on Monday, or on new years day. They wait and wait and when the begin, they realize that "this is hard!" And they soon quit again. Reverse the mentality, think like this: realize your goal, and immediately take a single step in the right direction. If you want to lose 30 pounds, stand up and go for a walk. Then join a gym and go for ten minutes a day. Then twenty. Allow yourself to establish new baselines. How much you do in the beginning is irrelevant. What matters is persistence and constantly working towards doing just a tiny tiny bit more. Over the course of time, your body will become exactly what you wanted, and your life will be blessed immensely.
