FRC Team 4418: Impulse

FRC Team 4418: Impulse Impulse is FRC Team 4418, from Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Team Impulse is proud to be the FRC team at STEM High charter school in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Many of our team members come to us with extensive robotics experience from other middle and high school robotics competitions. We are supported by the school's administration and faculty who understand that the experiences our team provides the students is supplemental to what they are learning in their science, technology, engineering and math classes. Through the STEM Academy we are able to pro

vide these experiences to other students in the area who do not attend STEM High. The engineering labs at STEM provide all of the tools our team needs to build FRC robots. In addition to the standard hand tools and power tools found on most Technology Education labs STEM also is equipped with a 3D printer, a laser engraver, a CNC milling table, a vertical mill, and a variety of other metal working tools.

We were once again able to host an FLL summer camp at our school this year! We had so much fun teaching and seeing these kids grow in just one week! We were incredibly proud of their progress and we can't wait to do summer camp again next year!
