SUMMER PROGRAM FINAL 4 WEEKS
•Plyos are going to continue to increase in either complexity, intensity, or volume.
•Exercise selection is back to same movements from weeks 1 and 2.
•Main lift is going to start working back down the ladder. We have spent the last 4 weeks increasing capacity and competency through increases in time under tension while maintaining or increasing weight; now we are going to decrease time under tension back to where we started, and increase weight along the way over the next 4 weeks.
•Accessory lifts will do the same. We will back track to where we started and be moving more weight than we were in week 1.
•Core and midline exercises will continue to increase in volume.
