Walk Live is the live group classes of Leslie Samson's Walk at Home DVDs. Participants will do 1, 2, 3, 4 or more miles in a Walk Live class. It is a low impact exercise on the joints yet it is a calorie torching and muscle toning workout. The music is set to beats per minute that equate to the only indoor mile system around! In a Walk Live class, participants won't walk around in circles! Rather,
it consists of walk type movements, kicks, knee lifts, side steps and other fun combinations-all at the individuals own pace and intensity. It is great for all age groups and all fitness levels. If you can walk, you can do this program!
