✨5 Tips for Starting a Workout Routine ✨

1. Set Clear Goals
Define what you want to achieve—whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or improving endurance. Having specific goals helps keep you motivated and on track.

2. Start Slow and Progress Gradually
If you're new to exercise, begin with shorter workouts and lower intensity. Gradually increase duration and intensity to prevent injury and burnout.

3. Create a Schedule
Consistency is key! Set aside specific days and times for your workouts, and treat them as important appointments. This helps establish a habit.

4. Find Activities You Enjoy
Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore. Explore different types of workouts—like dancing, cycling, or yoga—to find what you love. Enjoyment makes it easier to stick with it!

5. Listen to Your Body
Pay attention to how your body feels during and after workouts. Rest when needed and don’t hesitate to adjust your routine if something doesn’t feel right.

I have 2 spots available on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings at 10am and 11am starting September 17th. Training would be held in my home gym or at yours if local.

This can be for personal 1:1 training and semi-private (2-3ppl) with 30-45 minute options.
