Well the 2020 Casey Folks Vegas to Reno is in the books and it looks like after starting 40th we ended up 10th, we battled some voltage issues shortly after pit 9 that slowed us up just a little bit, but we managed to make some adjustments to get the car to the finish. Super pumped for my teammates & for going 1st and 3rd, I can’t thank Dale, Pat, Eric, & Joe enough for providing excellent pit stops for me and Brian for sticking with in the car all 514 miles. Other then the voltage problems we had a flawless day and can’t thank our sponsors enough for providing us the best equipment to take on the toughest one race in America HUGE shout out to all the staff for going above and beyond to make this great race happen, and I look forward to some more steering wheel therapy! @ Highland, California

This time next week my team, this car and I will be in preparing to tackle one of the toughest races in the world the this X3 came together pretty quickly with the support of some amazing company and without them there’s no way we could be this prepared.. Thank you!

Quick Race Report: For the first race of 2020 BITD race season we started 36, we knew it was going to be a battle to get to the front. 10 miles in I had to pull off to check the car, after a thorough check and no engine lights I hoped back in and we continued by this point I’m pretty sure we’ve been passed by everyone in my class so we take off and start the task of picking cars off by the end of lap one we came through the pits physically 21st. We rolled right by and back out for lap 2 where we continued putting in work making up a few more spots by the end of lap 2, we made our scheduled pit stop for fuel and quick check over the car and back out for the final lap we pushed hard to the finish and ended up 11th only 16seconds from making the top 10. Very happy with our results and look forward to building off this finish for the next round.
