Since we are still in our 10 days of training, we will be having class even though it is cold. It is ok to dress warmer for class. If you would like to wear a sweatshirt/pants, feel free! See you tonight at 5:30 (all age groups at the same time) for Day 5!

Every year in January we do 10 days in a row of training as rededication to the martial arts. We "stole" the idea from Midwest Aikido maybe a decade ago? 😁 Yesterday was cold and it was MLK Day, but day 1 was great! We worked on some stick drills with and without sticks and some ground drills. Fun times!

It is getting down the end of the time for donating for this season's distribution (although we can take toys anytime throughout the year).

Also, we need volunteers. To clean, sort, & wrap toys on Wednesday, December 17 and anyone that is available to transport toys on Friday, December 19. Meeting in Highland at 11:15am and transporting to East Chicago to drop off around noon.

We also take money donations as well. This helps toward getting supplies, filling special requests, and helping some organizations out before we get toys each year.
